Brief Biography
I am a Graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, San Diego (UCSD).Currently, I am doing my research in the field of computer vision at Statistical Visual Computing Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Nuno Vasconcelos. I received my B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, manipal, India in June 2015. After receiving my B.Tech., I worked as a validation engineer for ADAS MCUs at NXP Semiconductors for a period of two years. I expect to complete my Masters in June 2019 and I wish to pursue PhD in Computer Vision thereafter.
Research
I enjoy working in the field of Computer vision and Machine Learning. Currently, my research focuses on 3D scene understanding and Localisation of objects in the visual world. I am also exploring ways to utilise synthetic data for real-world computer vision problems.
